Psychology Today

I am an associate psychotherapist experienced in working with adults and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, college life, immigration, relationship problems, and family dynamics.

I believe our thoughts, feelings, or behaviors that sometimes cause stress happen for understandable reasons. My goal is to help clients gain a deeper insight into their current stress and suffering, be more connected to themselves and others, and grow and heal. My style is warm, empathic, and engaged. While I have been trained in various therapeutic approaches, I primarily use the psychodynamic approach in my work.

You can contact me if you feel stuck, need assistance to make meaning of what is going on in your life, relationships, and inner world, and to heal in a meaningful way.
